Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services or participating in our online\offline events.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all Digital Products & Services you have purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with the product/service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) immediately after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

EVENTS\COACHING 

CANCELLATION: We take only limited people in the workshop, we request that you cancel at least 3 Days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by sending an email to inquiry@ceoitbox.in . If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 3 days, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 3 Days, you will lose the payment for the class. 

REFUNDS: We DO NOT offer refunds for short workshops with a  duration of upto 1 Day.  For workshops more than 1 Day in duration, we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied you can get your money back no questions asked provided you approach us immediately after attending the 1rst Day of the training\coaching by sending an email to inquiry@ceoitbox.in . Please also note that you will have to stop using any software/scripts/tools provided to you during the training you attended.
